3) International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)

Membership in this association of professionals involved in the emergency management field enables access to a wide range of resources and opportunities. The annual fall conference gathers thousands of people for educational sessions and an enormous vendor exhibition. As a higher education representative you would automatically be welcomed to attend the two-day pre-conference UCC Symposium hosted by the University & College Caucus. The monthly IAEM Bulletin briefs you on developing topics. Among other things you can also have a voice in the Emergency Management profession and the policies that impact our communities.
